LEARNING TO LEAD
The Leader Practice Program is an engaging fast start for engineering and technology professionals who aspire to lead. Its design builds the personal, team and organizational awareness that differentiates leaders.
The full 6 month program emphasizes communication, collaboration and innovation skills. It exposes participants to a comprehensive leadership competency framework, and offers insight and practice in how to move from the individual contributor to leading a team or organization successfully. The program is supported by technology and coaching for continuous feedback and learning. This program was specifically designed to give new and emerging leaders the opportunity to practice, and demonstrate, leadership skills before moving into a formal role.
